Property Claim
Within
24-48 hours of the incident and damage to the property and once all parties
involved with the incident resulting in a claim have sought necessary medical
attention and services and proper communication has occurred to local
authorities and agents of the fraternity as well as the inter/national
headquarters, a formal claim should be submitted. Additionally, the local
alumni/housing corporation should assure that all damage and loss is properly
mitigated and controlled. Utilize the navigation bar at the left to report a
property claim.
General Liability

Within

resulting in a liability claim have sought necessary medical attention and
services and proper communication has occurred to local authorities and agents
of the fraternity as well as the inter/national headquarters, a formal claim

Undergraduate
members whose fraternal organization participate in the Member Accident Protection
Program may find additional information, with use of the navigation bar at the
left, regarding reporting of member injury claims, criterion for benefits, as
well as limits and exclusions applicable to the member accident program.
